Adding a new contact - in person

Add a customer you meet in person

If you're chatting with a customer in person and want to add them to your Contacts, you can tap Add New on the main Contacts screen.

Next, you'll capture some essential contact details, including name and mobile number. You'll also be able to make notes to help you keep track of customer needs and requests.

Customers will receive an automated SMS asking them to opt-in by replying 'Yes'. When they do, they will become an active contact and you can begin messaging with them.
