Messaging with Contacts

By tapping on a conversation in your Contacts list, you can enter the messenger view. Here, you have access to the same familiar messaging features you use during online chats, with the exception of Video & Audio Calling.

Your contacts will receive all your messages via SMS, from a unique phone number automatically assigned by Hero

Contact Profiles

Tap on the avatar in the chat header to access a customer's Profile. Here you can view their details, keep track of their sales and add Notes or Reminders.

Notes & Reminders

Notes are a great way to keep track of your Contact's requirements, like size and fit, or planned purchases. Even better, you can set Reminders to get back in touch later, when an item comes back in stock for example.
