When will my online shoppers see Virtual Shopping?

By default, The Virtual Shopping chat plug-in appears to your shoppers only when a team member is available in the app to accept a chat. This ensures that they are connected to an available team member as soon as possible.

Can I manage which pages it appears on?

By default, the Virtual Shopping chat plug-in will appear on your homepage, collections, and product pages. This helps to ensure your team members are getting the best, most qualified chats, as customers who start chats on these pages are less likely to request customer service assistance. To adjust where a customer can begin a chat, you can manage your Display Settings.

Here, you'll find options to adjust where Virtual Shopping appears - including removing the default page categories. In addition, you can show the chat plug-in on all pages in your site, including customer service, store location and FAQ pages.
