Virtual Shopping has created a number of features designed to make it as easy as possible to make online recommendations to your customers.

Photos, videos, and video calling can all be used to give customers a better idea of what an item looks like in real life. These features can also be used if a team member wants to recommend an item that is only available in-store and not online.

Top Tip: Remind your team members that when they are taking videos or calling their customers to make sure they are doing so from a quiet area of the store, to minimize background noise.

Product Recommendations are tappable cards that team members can use to guide customers to product pages on your website. These are the best way of making online recommendations, as they guide the customer directly to the relevant page on the website.

Top Tip: Team members should take the time to explain each product as they recommend them and be careful not to send too many product cards, as doing this can overwhelm customers.
