Customers may want to see a product in a little more detail. Using the Store App you can send photos and videos direct from the shop floor.

Make sure your photos are always clear and taken in a well lit area of the shop. If recording videos, make sure there's not too much background noise.

This feature is helpful when you are in-store with products nearby and should not be used if working from home.
