Get up and running in 6 steps

1. Select a plan that suits you

2. Choose locations you'd like Virtual Shopping to be enabled for.

3. Confirm billing. Klarna Virtual Shopping includes a 14-day free trial to get started. You will then be billed monthly through Shopify for the number of locations selected.

4. Invite your team members to download the Store App (iOS & Android) and create their profiles.

5. Click Enable Virtual Shopping to allow the chat plug-in to appear on your online store when your teams go available. You can disable it at any time.

6. Go available to connect with customers. When you or your teams go available via the mobile app, Hero will display to shoppers on your collection and product pages. When a shopper starts a conversation, they'll be routed to an available associate.

⚙️ Want to customise where Virtual Shopping appears?

The Virtual Shopping chat plug-in is configured to appear on your homepage, collections and product pages by default. To customise where the plug-in appears for your shoppers, you can edit your display settings easily via the Shopify admin.
