A quick overview

Getting access

The Dashboard gives you a range of tools and insights to manage Virtual Shopping interactions and their performance. To request create new user accounts, contact support with a list of user names, email addresses and mobile numbers.

Using Virtual Shopping for Shopify? Login for the first time by selecting Forgot Password and providing the email address associated with your Shopify account. Next, you'll create a password and login. You can use the same email and password to access the Dashboard in future.
