Add a customer you chat with online

During an online chat, you can invite online customers to stay in touch via SMS by tapping the Contacts icon on the chat header.

What happens next?

You'll be asked to confirm and then your customer will receive an invite card, requesting their details and asking them to agree to terms of service. Your online chat will continue, until you choose to finish it.

Team members will be notified when their Contact has fully opted-in by SMS and they can start messaging them via Contacts
